Chinese Boy Cuts Off His Own Finger After Being Scolded By Parents For His Smartphone Addiction!

Technology has truly taken over the generation today, and pretty much it aids in making people's lives a lot easier and more convenient. Each individual owns a smartphone or a mobile device, and it can certainly be addictive to use. Sending text messages, phone calls. emails and social media use are capable of being done by a smartphone. The fact that most people are always on their mobile devices wherever they go is testament that technology is prevalent in an individual's life. But what happens when you get too carried away in using your smartphone? Productivity takes a huge dip, and other priorities are set aside. This impacts social life with family and friends, and it can get quite addicting. What happened to this boy after spending too much time using his smartphone will eventually surprise you!

A Chinese boy named Xiaopeng was scolded by his parents after being addicted to using his smartphone. In an act of frustration, what he did in the end was he cut his own finger.

The 11-year old kid from China got way too addicted from using his mobile device, and after being noticed by his parents, Xiaopeng decided to cut off his own finger in retaliation due to the frustration of being scolded by his mother and father. A heated argument sparked the thought inside the young boy's head, and grabbed a kitchen knife then proceeded to chop off his finger. His parents noticed his excessive use of the mobile device as he is always constantly on his phone with full attention. The end result of the arguing and debate led the boy to act in frustration.

He is now under medical observation as surgeons attempt to re-join his finger through surgery.

His parents were wholly surprised when they found out that Xiaopeng cut off his finger after repeatedly being scolded. He was brought to a local Chinese hospital and underwent a 3-hour surgery procedure to reattach his index finger. Hopefully this serves as a reminder to everyone to limit the use of mobile devices and smartphones, and cut the addiction once and for all, not the finger.
